Website form information

When you submit a project quote, implementation intake, or message form, the details you enter are saved in this website’s WordPress database so the site administrator can review and respond. A notification containing the information submitted is also emailed to support@meridianandmethod.com. Namecheap email forwarding routes messages addressed to that alias to the designated forwarding mailbox. Email and form providers may process these details to deliver the notification. Do not submit passwords, payment information, identity documents, or other sensitive information.

Form entries remain available to authorized site administrators until they are deleted when no longer needed. The forms do not request file uploads. Hosting providers may process standard technical data needed to operate and protect the website. The site is hosted on EasyWP.

For a privacy question or to request deletion of a form entry, use the send-a-message page and identify the date and email address used. Do not include sensitive information in that request.
